Slow boat to Laos

When they say the slow boat they mean the slow boat. Luckily our boat was not the one that got the pigs. We also learned from day one to get on early so you can have a seat cushion 7hrs each day on hard wood can test your ass. The Mekong river was beautiful but the locals added to the boat not so much fun.

Taught by the Julia Childs of Thai cooking. We had a great time and produce very delicious food. Everybody can expect a good Thai meal ( if we can remeber in 4 months).
